A Broke Baker brought New York-style bagels to Lahore in 2019, and we've been refining them ever since. Each bagel is hand-rolled and kettle-boiled in our kitchen — the same process used by the best bagel shops in New York. There are no shortcuts in this recipe, because shortcuts show up in the final product.

Available in eight flavours: Classic Plain, Everything, Sesame, Poppy Seed, Nigella Seed, Jalapeño Cheddar, Caramelised Onion, and Cinnamon. Sold in packs of 4 and delivered fresh anywhere across Lahore.
