Collection: Bread

Good bread doesn't rush. A sourdough needs 24 hours or more to ferment before it develops the flavour and the open crumb that makes it worth eating. A babka needs layer after layer of enriched dough before it earns that twisted shape. A focaccia needs to rest long enough in olive oil to develop that particular softness.

At A Broke Baker, we make our bread the long way. Everything in our bread range is made in small batches, by hand, in Lahore. No preservatives. No factory production. Just the actual process, done properly.

Our bread range includes:

Sourdough — Long-fermented, open-crumb. Available in classic white and whole wheat. The real thing.

Garden Focaccia — Thick, olive oil-drenched, topped with seasonal ingredients. A different focaccia every time.

Babka — A rich, twisted loaf filled with chocolate or cinnamon. We're proud to say this is Lahore's only babka.

Soft Pretzels — Chewy, lightly salted, the kind you can't stop at one.

Brioche — Buttery and pillowy. Works as a breakfast loaf or as burger buns.

Everything is baked the night before and delivered fresh to your door anywhere in Lahore by 10am.

Order before 11pm.
